Responsibilities
• Answering all phone and email inquires - forward calls as needed
• Manage the front desk and greet all guests
• Complete admin paperwork/ filing as needed
• Ensure office supplies are available / ordered
• Assist in coordinating staff meetings or trainings
• Act as a liaison for several departments
• Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld
• Perform administrative functions to support different business areas
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of office management/reception experience in the fashion industry is required.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
• Strong problem solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
