Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Software Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key player in our small but dynamic 17-person company, you will have the opportunity to leverage our extensive lead generation resources, including an exceptional SEO program, to drive sales and expand our client base globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of our software solutions and delivering compelling demonstrations to a diverse audience of potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and master the features and functionalities of our software solutions.
- Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of our software to potential clients worldwide.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points within the aerospace industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for expanding our market reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Verifiable U.S. Citizenship (as required by our customers for ITAR compliance)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in software sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for driving sales and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
