The ideal candidate will oversee the company's sales operations in Grove City, PA. They will ensure that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout their territory and generate new leads for Team Sledd.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals, quotas and budgets
- Increase sales, margin, and gross profit percentage
- Acquire new accounts according to budget requirements
- Implement and maintain Team Sledd's ProfitMaxx planograms for Category Management and product mix
- Present business reviews
- Consult and recommend strategies to customers
- Effectively communicate the Team Sledd policies and procedures to all accounts
- Submit daily call reports and weekly sales reports for review
- Schedule calls efficiently and cost-effectively
- Control mileage, expenses, and time management
- Perform merchandising tasks as requested
- Plan and coordinate effective promotion presentations
- Meet all deadlines for bookings and reports
- Keep all accounts within A/R terms
- Communicate effectively with customers and Team Sledd personnel
- Attend and participate in scheduled and special meetings requiring input
Qualifications
- Demonstrated work experience in Sales
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated resilience and a proven sales track record
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
