Our client is a leader in advancing security operations through data-driven CyberSecurity solutions, catering to organizations across various sizes and industries. With a rapidly expanding customer base both domestically and internationally, they are on the cutting edge of the cybersecurity landscape.
As the organization broadens its global reach, they are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive gains and support existing relationships within the TOLA region. This role will focus on generating, managing, and closing opportunities to drive growth.
Whilst candidates from across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas are invited to apply, applicants located in or around Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio are preferred.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will embody a high-performance sales culture, demonstrating excellence in new business prospecting and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Surpass quarterly targets for activity, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
- Proactively build and maintain pipelines for new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, accurately assessing their needs.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
- Master the company’s products and effectively conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos.
- Understand and address customer needs to develop and manage relationships within your territory.
- Present, demonstrate, and articulate value propositions to C-Level prospects and key stakeholders in both fast-paced and complex sales cycles.
- Efficiently utilize CRM tools to build and maintain a comprehensive database.
About You
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Software Sales within the SaaS sector, ideally gained from a complex Cybersecurity Solutions environment.
- A strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and the ability to build new relationships with prospects.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth through a challenger sales approach.
- A track record of success in sales roles, particularly within fast-growing companies.
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills in the sales process to meet customer needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- High integrity and a dedication to ethical sales practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
