Title: Customer Claims Specialist
Location: Fishers, IN 46037
Hours/Shifts: On-Site 5 days/week, 45hrs/week (Possible rotating Saturday shift - 1 Saturday per month)
Duration: Permanent Direct Hire
Salary: $50,000-$55,000
Working 45 hours a week
Must haves:
- Experience in automotive claims processing and resolution OR someone who comes from an auto repair/tech background and is open to moving into a claims role
- Strong customer service background
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products suite
Job Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Specialist assists the Customer Service Team with the processing of claims using good judgement, video, and information from the locations to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support/call queue and will float between the two roles depending on where they are needed the most
- Provides claims processing and resolution support for the customer service department
