Intero Digital is seeking a confident and outgoing Sales Development Representative to join our California team (remote work is optional).
This opportunity is for candidates residing in or relocating to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MO, MN, NC, NJ, NV, OH, OK, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
Roles & Responsibilities
· Initiate outbound phone calls to engage prospects.
· Identify and communicate with potential clients through prospecting activities.
· Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrate excellent soft skills to guide conversations effectively.
· Adhere to established turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards.
· Fulfill daily tasks through written, verbal, and phone-based communication.
· Provide exceptional service with a friendly, confident, and well-informed approach.
Required Qualifications
· College graduate or equivalent experience
· Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
· Ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
· Experience using hubspot or similar crm.
· Accountable and motivated by results.
· Capable of critical thinking, problem-solving, and assertiveness.
· Open to constructive feedback and adaptable to changes.
· Effective planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
· Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications.
· Self-starter who can work in a remote environment without direct supervision.
· Experience cold-calling is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits
· Hourly Rate $26.44, equivalent to an annual salary of $55,000 with additional bonus opportunities (On-Target Earnings of $75,000).
