Our client in Newark, DE is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a Temp - Hire position.
Salary: $21.50 to $26.50 per hour
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via email and phone to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and pricing information to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and offerings.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background: An engineering background is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
