e&e is seeking a Information Technology Security Manager for a onsite contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!
The Manager of IT Security will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Assists with administration of many aspects of the wired and wireless data network and infrastructure.
• Manages network access control system, Patching, Vulnerability Management, WebApp Scanning, SOC\SIEM\SOAR, Ransomware Prevention, DLP, etc.
• Assists in the evaluation and purchase of products and services that improve information technology protection.
• Actively updates change management documentation and provides management reports; ensure that IT Security drawings and documentation are current.
• Assists in administration of disaster recovery and business continuity operations.
• Provide Tier II and Tier III support for staff related to security incidents.
• Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and general documentation with a focus on Cyber Security.
• Assists with administering core security systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Vulnerability Management, WebApp Scanning, SOC\SIEM, etc.
• Collaborates with vendors to evaluate and implement security products and services.
• Creates monthly reporting and presents to management at the monthly meeting.
• Help align with industry standards for Compliance. (NIST\CIS,ISO)
• Manages the team of Security Analysts
Required Education and Experience
• Associates degree, or higher in a technology-related field (equivalent training and experience may be considered)
• 5-7 years of experience administering network and security services with a focus on managing enterprise-level SOC\SIEM\SOAR capabilities
• Industry certifications for security professionals (CCNA, Security+ Network+) and server and desktop OS certifications are preferred (equivalent training and experience may be considered).
Preferred Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (not required)
• 7+ years of experience in IT Security administration services
• Background in education is beneficial
• Bi-lingual a plus
