Role Summary:
The Director of IT Operations will oversee the organization’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of networking, storage, security, and helpdesk services. This leader will drive IT strategies to ensure system stability, optimize performance, and safeguard data integrity, while managing a talented IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networking and storage systems.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity practices to protect company data.
- Oversee cloud server operations, ensuring scalability, uptime, and cost efficiency.
- Manage help desk services to deliver timely, efficient support for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business goals.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead IT risk management, strategic planning, and budgeting initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT leadership role, with a proven track record of team management.
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure), networking, and security best practices.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and risk mitigation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
