Position Details:
Location: Montgomery, AL
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care during surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and smooth operations.
Prepare the operating room and instruments, adhering to strict sterile techniques.
Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after surgery, and document all aspects of care.
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring effective communication between the surgical team and the patient.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience in a high-volume setting.
Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS required. CNOR certification preferred.
Licensure: ActiveAlabama or compact state RN license
