Job Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (evening shift 3:00 pm-11:30 pm) is responsible for maintaining and supervising, a team to assess facility equipment for the buildings & grounds. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will help train and coach all team members with their daily and weekly job duties, and manage budgets for parts and projects while reporting to the Director of Facilities and other members of management impacts to operations. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be required to have a working knowledge of all integral components in a manner consistent with manufacturing standards.

Key Accountabilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and manage daily initiatives including but not limited to the following:
- Supervising the facilities team
- Candidate selection, interviewing, coaching, and counseling of staff
- Performance management
- Leadership development
- Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, sorters, and ancillary equipment
- Trouble shooting MHE (material handling equipment) and DC building systems
- Manage and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Plan, budget, and schedule facilities modifications and/or structural repairs
- Prepare cost estimates
- Review building layouts and vendor contracts
- Implement Health and Safety programs
Education and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience working in a Distribution Center environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Electrical and mechanical background
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge a plus
- MHE experience and certifications
- The ability to work with, motivate, and mentor associates
- Be able to adapt to a rapidly changing technology environment
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Superior leadership, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are also required
- Must be able to work weekends, evening shift hours (3:00 pm - 11:30pm) and travel occasionally.
