*Granada Post Acute is a 99 bed facility seeking an EXPERIENCED PART TIME RN Supervisor to work WEEKENDS. *We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our SNF team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff on the shift, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Applicant must have experience in a skilled nursing facility and working with Point Click Care.
* Applicant must posses a Registered Nursing License in California.
*Shift Available:*
*7 am - 3:30 pm Saturday & Sunday*
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities (CNA and LVN)
- Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing personnel
- Monitor patient care to ensure high standards are maintained
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Skills:
- Proficiency in IV's, wound treatment, care planning and other SNF care
- Experience in post acute care, geriatrics, and post surgical care
- Knowledge of tube feeding procedures
- Understanding of workers' compensation laws
