Duties include:
Performing mental health evaluations & rendering diagnoses
Developing treatment plans
Providing weekly sessions with an established caseload
Coordinating patient care with an interdisciplinary team
Occasional crisis intervention
Upholding 360care policy and procedures including compliance guidelines
Adhering to HIPPA and CMS regulations
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Experience in medical settings and/or long-term care is a plus!
Familiarity with the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness
Knowledge of geriatric psych needs, like adjustment issues and dementia
Ability to learn and utilize technology
Heightened empathy and compassion
Excellent communication, organizational, cooperation, and customer service skills
