Who we are looking for:
First Eagle Investments is seeking an Institutional Services Analyst to join our Institutional and International Wealth Management (IWM) team, to support our business development and client service efforts. The analyst will provide support to the Head of Institutional and IWM Services, contribute to the team’s core operations, and provide assistance on projects that focus on process improvement and automation. This position will provide broad exposure to our institutional investment management business and our investment strategies.
What you will do:
- Provide assistance on projects to institutionalize and build processes, as well as ad-hoc improvement projects – including monitoring project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; track progress to meet deadlines
- Provide support to the Head of Institutional and IWM Services including onboarding/offboarding of major client relationships, complex client requests, Investment Management Agreements, side letters, Subscription Agreements and Amendments
- Focus on process efficiency for all required data and documents while tracking existing contractual obligations
- Create, document and maintain Institutional and IWM Services procedures
- Manage client details and service requests in Salesforce
- In support of client requests and project deliverables, coordinate with relevant internal teams, including Sales, Portfolio Operations, Investor Relations, Finance, Legal and Compliance
- Assist with meeting organization and support for internal and external parties
- Provide backup on the day-to-day operations, including subscription and redemption processes for separate accounts, mutual funds, and private funds; team flows, client onboardings and terminations
The qualities you should have:
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field
- 1-3 years of financial services experience in client services, ideally within institutional asset management – including project management; operations background a plus
- Project management and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce or Monday.com a plus
- Attention to detail with the organizational skills to multi-task well under tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
- Keen sense of personal accountability, integrity, and work ethic
Base Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
