Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice and Network Engineer to join our Enterprise Voice/Networking team. This evolving position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and transitioning our current Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) infrastructure to a Cisco Webex Cloud Calling platform over the next five years. The role will require daily troubleshooting, support for end-users, and ongoing system administration as new technologies are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cisco Call Manager Administration:
- Perform Add/Move/Changes (MACDs) within Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) to support enterprise voice services for over 15,000 employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex VOIP issues on the Cisco platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Network/TCP-IP communication issues affecting enterprise voice services.
- Administer and design complex dial plans using Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX).
- Program, provision, and decommission Cisco desk phones.
- Provision Cisco Jabber Soft Phones for customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), including performing MACDs, troubleshooting, and complex dial plan design.
- Experience with Cisco Unity Voicemail administration.
- In-depth knowledge of VOIP and Network/TCP-IP troubleshooting and resolution.
- Experience with Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX) for dial plan management.
- Experience provisioning and maintaining Cisco desk phones and Jabber Soft Phones.
