Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infor LN (Baan) ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Infor LN (Baan), and a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes. This role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing ERP solutions, implementation, working with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP systems.
- Design, configure, and implement Infor LN (Baan) ERP solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Provide training and support to users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ERP technology and aerospace manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst, specifically with Infor LN (Baan) or another Infor ERP
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in ERP system configuration, implementation, and support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other ERP systems and software integrations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Infor LN 10.5 or higher
- Certification in Infor LN (Baan) or related ERP systems.
