An established urology practice in The Woodlands, TX area is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Local providers with 1-2 years of experience and new graduates with a urology clinical rotation will be considered. This is a full-time, clinic based role. The practice specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating all urological conditions.
*Responsibilities:*
* Full-time permanent position
* Monday-Friday schedule, strictly outpatient clinic
* NO call or weekend requirements
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
* Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Perform procedures
*Qualifications:*
* Texas State License
* Knowledge of urology, treatments and terminology
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
* Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
