This Quality Engineer will join a team of five who are responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications in a global automotive parts manufacturing environment. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, and resolving quality issues. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
- Resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier.
- Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Experience with plastic injection molding preferred.
