Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a fast paced, boutique, private equity firm based in New York. This role will be working alongside the support team, managing the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Meeting room management including booking and scheduling
- Working with the support team in ad hoc administrative positions
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a Receptionist or Administrative position
- Experience working in private equity/financial services
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player
