**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal health and well-being by providing expert care and treatment plans. You will work in an outpatient setting, treating patients with a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and geriatric concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual therapy, balance treatments and general orthopedics. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address musculoskeletal issues and other conditions affecting patient mobility and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and how to manage their conditions at home.
**Qualifications:**
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of orthopedics and geriatrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
