Our client has an immediate need for a Zoho One Administrator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data processing /related field or equivalent work experience required
- Entry level to 3 years of experience
- Experience in managing and configuring Zoho One products, including Zoho: CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications required
- Preferred experience with other CRM and ERP platforms, experience with programming languages, experience working with databases
- Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in configurations, workflows, and reports.
- Banking/Financial background is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms
- Configure and customize Zoho applications to align with business processes, including module customization, workflow automation, blueprint creation, and data management
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting to create and manage complex automation processes. Create and maintain automation scripts using Zoho Deluge to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Design and implement automated workflows and blueprints to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across processes
- Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications
- Work closely with the department head and stakeholders to produce a data dictionary to be used as the control center for all terms, formulas, and KPI’s for the organization
