Job Title: Sr Technical Program Manager

Work Schedule: Hybrid, in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Must have:
- Experience with virtual reality / augmented reality / mixed reality
- Knowledge of display optics technology
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for expansion of XR business development and technical marketing in the American and European market
- Prepare of customer focused presentations, collect market intelligence for future strategies, develop rapports with customers and understand customers requirements fully to share with the R&D teams
- Expand key technology supplier resources and promote the formation of cooperation mechanisms and business cooperation models
- Follow up on top-tier clients needs and key technology trends, gain insight into and output internal business strategies and technology directions and drive the departments strategic planning
- Maintain and develop key customer relationships, collect competitions information and be responsible for customer negotiation, quotations, bidding and contract signing
- Follow up and be responsible for sample delivery, rolling forecasting, orders and receipts for European and American customers
Qualifications:
- Possess XR industry experience, cooperate with responsible OEM customers and have European and American customer resources
- Good industrial and technical knowledge of in XR technology, especially in display optics technology, be able to communicate with customers at the technical level and have certain technical and market analysis and judgement abilities
- Outgoing personality, quick reaction, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, good affinity
- Good infectiousness and driving force, with the ability to promote the achievement of goals both internally and externally
- Strong sense of career and responsibility, good client-server awareness, able to withstand greater work pressure and flexible to working hours and short-term business trips
