Job Overview:
As a Operations Coordinator, you'll support branch operations by assisting customers, vendors, and team members with a variety of tasks. This role involves multitasking across operational duties, customer service, and sales support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer pick-ups, deliveries, and inquiries.
- Handle operational calls and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Route trucks, schedule drivers and truck maintenance.
- Manage fuel inventory, purchase orders, and truck PPE inventory.
- Support outside sales reps and project execution.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and contract closeouts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
