Job Overview:

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunction and diagnose conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and movement goals.
- Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to address pain, improve mobility and restore strength and function that aid patients/ clients in meeting their goals.
- Educate patients on their condition and provide proper exercise techniques for continued progress at home.
- Document treatment progress and collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Foster a trusting and supportive relationship with patients and colleagues.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Attend weekly team meetings with a willingness to collaborate with and learn from others.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a valid state license.
- New grads and experienced physical therapists welcome to apply.
- High level of compassion and ability to connect with people.
- Excitement about working in a private-practice setting.
- A growth mindset as a clinician and as a person.
- Preference for working on a team with other physical therapists and other disciplines (chiropractor, massage therapist, pilates, personal training).
- Ability to collaborate, learn with others and have fun while doing so.
- Enjoyment of movement.
- Bonus: Experience in treating or current involvement with running, cycling or triathlon.
