About the Company:
We are delighted to be partnered with a clean energy developer who are looking for multiple Construction Managers to work as owners reps for projects.
You will be responsible for oversight of multiple RNG projects under Construction within a given region.
This role is 100% traveling from project to project.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Management of General Contractor.
- Provide insight and direction on construction plans prior to mobilization to ensure they are realistic and achievable
- Supports in development and maintenance of project Master Schedule.
- Developing and Management of the 3-week look ahead
- Oversee project completion milestone progress & deliverables.
Experience required
5+ years of Construction Management experience
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
