Overview
The VP of Sales - Employee Benefits Division has a core requirement that includes: recruitment of producers, onboarding and training of producers, and holding producers accountable to their production goals. The VP of Sales is the day-to-day manager of all producers in their territory. These leaders are encouraged to maintain a reasonable book of business, but do not have annual new business requirements. Sales Leaders are tasked with managing new business sales for the agency.

What You'll Do
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Must participate in recruitment activities.
- Ensure a full and thorough onboarding process for new and emerging producers according to guidelines.
- Train and coach new and emerging producers.
- Hold new and emerging producers accountable to goals set.
- Maintain current book of business (if applicable).
- Be involved in current market and maintain Carrier relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel is expected to be 25% or greater in this role.

What You'll Need
- Must have more than one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess valid driver’s license. Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver’s license.
