Position: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay: $50 to 60k/year
Experience: Extensive experience in installing HVAC systems

Greene Resources is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a heavy workload (6-10 active projects)
- Create and manage schedules for field personnel
- Conduct job site visits to ensure projects are on track
- Coordinate and call in inspections
- Release and order materials for projects
- Perform duct work and sheet metal tasks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to install mechanical BG systems
- Focus solely on installations (no servicing tasks)
- Serve as a field mechanic and project manager
- Drive company vehicle between various job sites within the Triangle area
Position Requirements:
- Read project plans and run job sites effectively
- Able to work on multiple job sites simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of coordinating with superintendents and general contractors
- Skilled in diffusing situations and resolving issues on-site
- Physical ability to climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks
- Bilingual preferred
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
