Job Description:
- Vendor Enablement PM/Business Analyst - Vendor Enablement and Enrichment Group
Proficient in the following:
- Project Task Estimation
- Resource Scheduling
- Risk and Issue Management
- Waterfall and Agile methods
- Work breakdown and critical path method
- Stakeholder Management
- Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)
- Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion
- Executive communications for senior management
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal and facilitation skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable interacting with multiple teams and senior management on a regular basis, have proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a high degree of comfort with business and technology language.
- Manage large number of supplier engagements ranging from simple one time software license purchases to complex, multi-year vendor hosted managed services agreements requiring subscription based licenses and proprietary professional services
- Facilitate the executive approval processes
- In partnership with Sourcing manage Contract Lifecycle across the technology space.
- Interact regularly with partners and vendors to ensure service quality, system response and other obligations are met with responsibility for third-party risk oversight including maintenance of procedures and enforcement of policies and contractual agreements.
- Effectively manage vendor KPIs inclusive of Financial, Risk, Relationship, and Performance
- Build a strong partnership with the internal partners and demonstrate subject matter expertise in supplier engagement related matters
- Ensure compliance with all defined policies and procedures and meet all reporting and documentation standards
- Enforce governance models for vendors and facilitate all relevant governance reporting and activities
- Responsible for overseeing vendor financial management processes to support vendor billing , invoice payment and tacking of costs
- Mediate and resolve escalated problems, contractual disputes with vendors and business stakeholders
- Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecycle
- Partner and influence clients to ensure legal, risk, compliance and/or controls requirements are satisfied
- Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmap
- Assist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3 plus years of demonstrated experience in vendor, partner, or relationship management (mandatory)
- Experience with third party risk oversight (preferred)
- Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) (mandatory)
- Strong at Multi-Tasking and time management discipline (preferred)
- Working with clients and Project management experience. (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures, functions, and activities
