What you’ll be doing:
- Engage with current and potential candidates to meet their needs professionally and graciously, using a variety of communication methods like email and by phone.
- Problem solves customer concerns in a timely manner meeting company expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and other key areas within the organization to ensure customer expectations are met within manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead research into order status inquiries including inventory, lead times, expedited orders, samples, and pricing requests including communicating information to the customer.
- Collaborate with Sales on customer experiences ensure highest customer satisfaction is maintained.
What we ask you to bring:
- One to two years customer service experience in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening skills)
- Experience with ERP system preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Associate degree preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly PowerPoint.
- High level of professionalism. Unwavering confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and mindful of deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
