Sr. Data Analyst / Architect Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture & Analytics Strategy:
- Architect and maintain scalable data solutions for digital marketing using tools such as Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture), Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Adobe Test & Target.
- Design and implement data tracking strategies across platforms using Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), Adobe Campaign Manager, SimilarWeb, SessionCam, and CRM systems to capture actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboarding capabilities using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics Dashboard, and other analytics tools to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Insights & Personalization:
- Leverage analytics tools to analyze customer behavior, journey mapping, and performance metrics to drive personalized marketing strategies.
- Work with marketing teams to design A/B testing frameworks using Adobe Test & Target, and deploy personalization solutions.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to implement personalization efforts using jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing efforts using data from Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition strategies, and user engagement.
- Build dashboards that track campaign success metrics and deliver insights to marketing and product teams.
- Enterprise Architecture & Marketing Technology:
- Align data analytics strategies with enterprise architecture to ensure data integrity and scalability for marketing technology initiatives.
- Support the integration of marketing tools with data architecture to enhance automation and real-time customer engagement strategies.
- Drive the adoption of marketing technology that enhances personalization and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead and manage data-driven projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product teams.
- Communicate data-driven insights and technical details to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all data analytics activities comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with analytics tools: Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture), Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM), Adobe Campaign Manager, SimilarWeb, SessionCam, and CRM systems.
- Strong technical expertise in jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS for tracking and analytics implementation.
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Marketing Technology, Personalization, Program Management, and Customer Acquisition strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics, with the ability to create dashboards and present data-driven insights.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead data projects and work with multiple teams.
Preferred Experience:
- 7+ years in data analytics or data architecture roles, particularly in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in dashboard creation, customer acquisition, and campaign optimization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects and present to senior leadership.
