We are looking for a clinician who has strong case conceptualization skills; a track record of skilled delivery of individual, family, and group therapy; familiar with the working dynamic between program, client, family, and referring professional; competence in evidence-based treatment for adolescents; and display strong therapeutic, communication, and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities
* Conduct individual, group, and family therapy
* Perform comprehensive clinical assessments
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Timely documentation
* Collaboration with referring professionals and treatment team
* Case conceptualization and management
Qualifications
* Masters or Doctorate in MFT, Social Work, Psychology or equivalent
* Licensed in the State of Utah, or working on licensure
* Experience working with adolescents
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
