Job Summary
Are you an experienced finance professional eager to dive into the world of treasury? Bounce is seeking a dedicated Treasury Analyst to join our expanding NYC office. As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial operations and growth. Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Oversee daily bank reconciliations related to our product, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of cash flows.
- Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, providing insights into liquidity and financial stability.
- Loan Operations: Manage loan amortization schedules, track payments, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and contractual agreements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations, including P&L statements and updates on capital and loan performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather data and insights, supporting informed financial decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Approximately 4 years of experience in finance, focusing on treasury, capital markets, or financial analysis. Experience in fintech or structured finance is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Startup Fit: Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
