We're launching new opportunity for SaaS Sales Development Team Leader in our Raleigh office. The role:
- First 3 months: join us as a Senior BDR - get to know EIMS and prove your sales skills as a Tech Sales Development Rep demonstrating to your team you can lead by example. During this time, you’ll be assessed for our Team Management training program.
- Months 3-6: you’ll join the Fast-track Management training, 50% calling, 50% training.
- At the end of month 6, if you successfully pass the training program, you’ll start leading the team as a Junior Team Manager, accountable for the following:
- Manage, train and develop a team of Tech B2B Sales Development Representatives.
- Drive overall performance & recruitment of your team.
- Work closely with the leadership team (EIMS and our partner's end) to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI.
- Contribute to any cultural events planning.
- Manage and create any incentives for the team.
- Execute sales planning tools and ideas with your team.
Perks:
- Salary: $60,000 per annum + $5,000 bonus
- Salary during the training:
- First 3 months - $52,000 per annum + $3,000 bonus + commissions
- Months 3-6 - $52,000 per annum + $3,000 bonus + $500 training bonus per month

Requirements:
- 6 months+ of outbound B2B calling experience
- Strong written & communications skills in English.
- Any experience in Coaching, Training & Development a team is a plus.
