Job Summary:
Our Client is currently seeking several key Senior Sale Business Development Directors - Connectivity Harness in the Americas. You will be responsible for working closely with medical, automation/robotics, aerospace/defense and general industrial technology customers to execute all facets of the market development and sales plan, driving growth in key product segments. The scope of the role includes a high degree of prospecting for new accounts, developing relationships with multiple roles within an account, a high degree of customer engagement, leading cross-functional project teams to deliver growth projects, and identifying new markets and products for the business.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets of volume, revenue and profitability
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for major customers
- Manage selected distributors in the territory
- Identify growth areas for the assigned product areas on an on-going basis
- Work closely with customers to manage developmental projects from initial formulation development to product and ingredient registration to commercial launch

Education and Qualifications:
- University level business or technical degree, (major in Chemistry is preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in selling into the medical device, semiconductor, automation/robotics, aerospace/defense, and general industrial markets.
- Experience with the development of sales plans and following through the execution to achieve growth goals
- Experience in extremely regulated industries a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ready to travel extensively throughout the Americas
- Strong hunting skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Industrial/Semiconductor industries
- Broad understanding of steps needed to communicate a strong value proposition
- Ability to prospect for new accounts and new growth opportunities
