We specialize in implementing energy-efficient onsite power generation, pioneering the incorporation of on-site microgrid power, including renewables, to achieve minimal to no carbon footprint.
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive Assistant, Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator to join our team at our Clearwater office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance department in various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process expense report reimbursements in Divvy software.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and accounts.
- Produce monthly invoicing to data center customers.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle inquiries and communications related to financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
- Proven experience with 5 plus years in finance, accounting, accounts payable/receivable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Bill.com and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in the construction or real estate industry.
- Certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional qualifications.
