About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software AI and Software Defined Vehicle Automotive Engineer with a strong background in automotive powertrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative software solutions for advanced AI systems and software-defined vehicles to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency. In addition, the candidate will support proposing new power division opportunities, recreating new opportunities from existing products, developing strategy and rollout plans, executing demos and proofs of concepts rollout, and promoting Gemini usage in power division to improve the overall R&D efficiency. Open doors for new opportunities to utilize AI, like testing and test bench scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software algorithms and AI models for automotive applications, focusing on powertrain optimization and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into software-defined vehicles for enhanced performance and autonomous capabilities.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI, software-defined vehicles, and automotive powertrain systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the overall success of software development projects.
- Support in proposing new power division opportunities and recreating new opportunities from existing products.
- Support in developing strategy and rollout plans.
- Execute demos and POCs rollout hands-on.
- Promote Gemini usage in Power Division analysis through testing, test bench scenarios, and more, hands-on.
- Work closely with system engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of software solutions into vehicle systems.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development for automotive powertrain systems, AI, and software-defined vehicles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques, as well as experience with neural networks and deep learning frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
