Partnering with a National Law firm seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Greenville, SC office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and related financing transactions. Experience handling a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate lending. Candidate will be representing commercial lenders, private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary businesses, and large land owners. Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills are essential.
Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
