Need GIS Consultant with deep understanding of GIS domain and technical knowledge. Candidate should be playing a technology lead role for implementing GIS solutions for ElectricGas Utilities specific to ESRI platforms and need to have experience in implementing GIS solutions preferably in Utilities markets. Experience in implementing GIS solutions for ElectricGas Utilities specific to ESRI platforms. Experience in GIS analysis development programming with SDLC full life cycle development on ESR
