**Overview:**
VeinGuard Heart & Vascular Center is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner at our institute, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide treatment for patients across various specialties including Cardiology and Vascular Medicine.
- Administer IVs and medication to patients.
- Manage durable medical equipment (DME) for patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize Greenway & Intergy for electronic health record management.
- Participate in utilization reviews to ensure quality care delivery.
- Provide catheter care and other nursing interventions as required.
**Requirements:**
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia.
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven experience in Cardiology Medicine.
- Familiarity with utilizing any of the electronic medical records.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to perform Nuclear Stress Tests, Cardiac and Venous consultations, and reading & analyzing venous and cardiac dopplers.
- Experience in utilization review processes is a plus.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
