The role will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel on a dedicated team of Commercial Contracts and Compliance Lawyers. The role will hold a high level of responsibility for drafting, reviewing, structuring and negotiating commercial transactions. Qualified candidates will have:
- Four or more years (4+ years) of strong Firm or In House training in Contracts Law and Compliance
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Active State Bar Licensure, in good standing
