Job Title: Supply Chain & Order Management Analyst/Key User
Location: Connecticut State, USA
Hybrid: Onsite 3 days per week
Position: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Purpose of the function: Operation and development of OEBS and further applications in the area of order management & quoting. Conception and Implementation of business applications.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Incident Management (analyzing and fixing of problems, consulting, and supporting of users)
- Change Enablement (analyzing and implementing of change requests)
- Application consulting for the creation of business concepts.
- Implementing of business concepts in the business application (customizing and adapting to EAO requirements)
- Support Business IT projects
- Focus topics: Sales & Customer Service (Order Management, Prizing, Quoting)
Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, and/or supply chain management
- 2 to 3 years work experience of sales and customer service business processes (order management, quoting, pricing, etc.) with
- 2 to 3 years of work experience with an ERP system (OEBS as a plus)
- Passion for IT topics
