What You Will Be Doing:
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent in the Electrical trades sector, both commercial and industrial.
- High-Volume Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Mechanical trades, including sourcing and screening of skilled candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to attract the best talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, with a focus on mechanical and electrical trades (commercial and industrial).
- Location: Remote work; with residence in DC, Maryland or Virginia.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Construction Industry Experience: Prior experience in recruiting for construction or similar industries is preferred.
