ROLE OVERVIEW
EBIN NEW YORK, Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic eCommerce Manager who will be hands on responsible for our eCommerce infrastructure. The eCommerce team members will be accountable for driving the sales of all the eCommerce channels, with a focus on EBIN's website and Amazon Marketplace. This position requires an individual with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. Individuals who are strategic in planning and take on the execution of digital marketing programs in order to drive awareness and differentiate from its competitors will have a better outcome to succeed in the role. The ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, driven by sales goals, detailed, team players and have passion for creating an amazing customer experience. The position will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Purchasing-Research & Development teams, third party partners and agencies to execute and develop new initiatives that drive revenue.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute digital growth strategies across all eCommerce channels with a focus on AMAZON and SHOPIFY. Oversee third party resources/vendors for web development and digital projects, ongoing website maintenance for bug fixes and new development tasks.
- Manage site features in the e-comm roadmap, providing solutions that deliver to targets and foresee potential challenges, putting user experience first; Propose websites’ optimization roadmap, analyzing site analytics, test results and industry trends and innovation.
- Research, analyze and leverage customer insights and monitor competitive landscapes to understand visitors, identify opportunities, issues and risks in order to bring best practices to the business.
- Confirm, diagnose and resolve technical issues with the website and supporting tools.
- Analyze business trends and provide recommendations to maximize sales and profits.
- Maintain the merchandising strategy, project plans and timelines.
- Manage inventory demand planning process and drive business goals.
- Monitor & analyze product sales to drive content and merchandising decisions based on trend.
- Manage and communicate project status and open issues.
- Track analytics, access campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimizations based on performance.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans or strategies and be responsible for the execution, technology, audience management and build out of CRM.
- Analyze campaign performance including web analytics, monitor competitors and ad hoc reports for analysis to the team and senior management.
- Oversee and supervise the responsibilities of other staff in the Marketing/eCommerce team; collaborate with Marketing efforts like social media, affiliate marketing, traditional and digital marketing, brand strategy, public relations, and advertising.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
- Professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant eCommerce and Digital Marketing experience.
- Proven results w/ Omni channel experience and a strong understanding of SEO.
- Preferred knowledgeable of either the skincare, cosmetics and/or hair care products industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Experienced building e-Commerce infrastructure, logistics and CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
- Possess excellent organizational and project management skills and execution.
- Possess strong collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Preferred expertise in working with Shopify eCommerce platform.
- Preferred expertise in Amazon seller central/management.
- Strong proficiency and knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML, CSS , Google Suite, MS365.
- Preferred experience with digital marketing efforts, email, all social media, SEO, Client Services, Affiliate Marketing.
- A master of exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to details.
- Experienced managing a team.
- Experienced with reviews and ratings platforms such as Bazaar Voice., Yotpo, etc.
- Knowledgeable in email marketing, high level of technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms and integrations.
- Reside in New Jersey or New York
