Partners in Play is looking to add a program manager/BCBA Intern to our team!
We are looking for someone who is excited about providing quality intervention to children with autism, because we are! The Program Manager position provides both direct intervention for patients and helps to oversee program progress for assigned caseload under the supervision of a BCBA. Duties of the program manager include analyzing and graphing patient data, creating stimuli and social stories and completing patient summary reports for monthly progress review meetings. The program manager also provides clinic, home, and community overlaps for staff support. Program Managers provide approximately 20% direct intervention and approximately 80% case management services for patients on their caseload.
*Must be RBT certified with the BACB
*Candidates in pursuit of BCBA certification preferred*
*Must be available afternoons, evenings and Saturdays
*Minimum 3+ years experience as a direct interventionist
*Must possess a masters degree or currently enrolled in a masters program
*Experience providing intervention to young children 2-12 years old
*Experience with programming, data analysis, report writing, and parent training required
*Experience training and supporting therapeutic staff required
*Reliable, Punctual, Flexible, and Passionate about helping others

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 9:30-4pm
*We ask that you make yourself available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
