Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (good academic standings) preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-5 years of prior work experience in Asset Management (Multifamily and/or Office is preferred)
- Heavy modeling experience (DCF, waterfalls, three-statement models)
Candidates must be living in Dallas, TX or open to relocation.
