Seeking a family nurse practitioner (or physician assistant) to join and help expand the Mercy Health South Limestone Family Medicine Practice.
The APC will establish their own patient panel and collaborating with the existing physician in the office to provide both acute and chronic condition management for patients in the primary care setting.
One to two days of extended hours will be needed in this role and could include evening, early morning, weekend hours.
36 scheduled clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
Call is shared with other providers within the medical group. Call volume tends to be low. 1:8 ratio.
18-23 patients per day.
20% pediatric, 80% adult
