Background Requirements
• BA in Accounting or Finance
• Strong leadership experience and development experience
• Knowledgeable in GAAP/ FASB, ICFR
• Experience with Accounting and ERP systems
• Knowledge in Cost Accounting
• Knowledge in SOX beneficial
• Working in an Industrial Manufacturing Facility
• Risk management experience
Job Responsibilities
• Managing Accounting and Finance team
• Preparing financial reports, forecasts, operating plans, etc.
• Ensuring no financial risks are being taken
• Overseeing GL, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, etc.
• Long-Term Planning
• Tracking plant performance and cost reduction
• Involved with Audits
• Complete financial transactions, transmissions, etc.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end Closings
