Assistant Production Manager

Responsibilities Include:

Manage and supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Supervise and mentor production floor staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Prepare and present detailed production reports for weekly meetings, highlighting key metrics, progress, and any issues.
Ensure production deadlines are met and that products meet all required specifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and safety incidents.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment supervising.
Understanding of safety regulations and compliance with ASME CODE is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills are a must.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Hours & Benefits:

M -Th 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am
