What you’ll be doing:
Support project team in document control and other admin duties
- Responsible for implementation of the document control strategy and provide consistent service delivery across the entire programme and/or projects
- Provide support, guidance and training including training other users in system functionality, processes and procedures and batch uploading
- Provide reports to detail the amendments and progression of documentation
- Compliance monitoring for the publication of all documents into the chosen document management system, ensuring documents are in the correct format and with the correct status and metadata
- Prepare and issue meeting minutes on a regular basis. Assist in issuance of meeting invites
- To maintain appropriate levels of information about documents produced including storage locations, status, owners etc sufficient for regulatory requirements
- Develop excellent working relationships with the client and the teams involved in the provision of services
About you:
- Managing document control processes and procedures or admin experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- A highly proactive, professional and motivated who is self-directed and can work independently
- Team player with excellent organization skills and problem solving skills
- Must be able to manage priorities according to the demands of the programme or project environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of document control support
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
