Lead SAP GTS Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications for Lead SAP GTS Consultant.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualifications for Lead SAP GTS Consultant:
- At least 7 years of experience in working as a SAP functional analyst preferably GTS with demonstrated progression in increasing responsibilities and scope. Experience in E4H is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years or more of managing IT projects, including minor enhancements, continuous improvement projects, and large projects (> $75K)
- Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and technical resources
- Must demonstrate capability to proactively follow-up and drive project issues to closure
- Must have experience promoting changes to production and associated methodology
- Must be highly analytical: can breakdown issues, systemically think through an issue, and identify root cause
- Must be able to effectively understand business perspective, address their issues, and communicate well with business stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and must be a team player
- Must be self-starter and proactive, ability to work independently including managing deliverables, prioritize and multi-task with minimal guidance
- Must have strong organizational skills and eagerness to drive issues to closure
- Must possess excellent English verbal and written skills: active listener and have ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions to different groups within the company (IT and business)
- Must have excellent knowledge in using Microsoft products: Powerpoint, MS Projects, Excel, and Word
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
